After many years of dedicating ourselves exclusively to the making of cava, we decided to embark on a new phase in our company with the incorporation of wines into our wide range of products.
Our white wine range has expanded from the classic blends to the more modern single variety wines. Our most recent additions are Chardonnay and Xarel.lo, made from the local indigenous grape variety, which we are particularly proud of. New wines are constantly being researched and tested and we are not discarding the possibility of new additions to the range in the future.
Our rosé wines were also originally produced from the classic cava rosé blend and have now extended to include and award winning 100%
Cabernet Sauvignon rosé.

The range of red wines extend from young wines to "crianzas" and "reserves". Our "crianza" and "reserva" wines are made from a blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot and are aged in 225 litre barrels of new French oak (Allier) and American oak. Barrel maturation not only deepens and stabilises the colour, softens the tannins and increases the complexity of the flavour compounds, but it also encourages natural stabilisation and clarification of the wine. The wine is then bottled and kept in our dark, silent storerooms at a constant temperature. During this final ageing period the wonderful bouquet
